Looks wonderful! We had the truncated version at mom's house Sat. nite, and Shmuely did the Four Questions with a little help.
What kind of wine did you serve? Mom served a Kesser that had a sort of rose color, but it was still sickeningly sweet in that delicious, pesach kind of way.
We had a variety of wines this time. The kids really like Carmel Young, which is fizzy and sweet but not as sweet as most Kesser. We switched our usual Shabbat wine to Ohra a few years ago. It's pretty sweet but better than the last Kesser we had. We had some white this time too but I don't remember the names. They weren't as sweet as the reds.
Tired of matzah yet? I'm getting there and I love the stuff. I made a great egg/avocado salad that is delish on matzah for lunch.
